It is a binary alloy with nickel added on the palladium base. It is a continuous solid solution. At 40% nickel, the lowest point appears on the liquid and solid line at 1237℃. Magnetic shifts occurred under 356 ℃, the nickel content is more than 5% of the alloy in the hydrogen for the hydrogen generated only when the saturated а phase.




There are PdNi5,PdNi20 and PdNi40 alloy.







Application




PdNi20 is used as potentiometer winding material, containing 2% ~ 9%Ti palladium nickel alloy material, can be used for welding cermet and cermet, metal and cermet. Cermet and cermet can also be welded.
