Silver Magnesium Nickel Alloy (AgMgNi)-Wire introduce:

Characteristic




Silver - based ternary alloy containing a small amount of magnesium and nickel with a magnesium content of about 0.25%.




Alloys such as AgMgNi 0.205-0.185 and AgMgNi 0.255-0.198 have the characteristics of "internal oxidation", good elasticity, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The creep rate is only one tenth of that of pure silver, and the hardness is not affected by temperature.







Application




It is widely used as spring contact element of miniature relay, as diverter contact element in large scale switch under stress, working instrument and relay spring under high temperature.
