Characteristic
Ferrous disulfide, also known as ferrous disulfide, is the chemical FeS2. There are two main minerals in nature: pyrite and pyrite. The gap width (Eg= 0.34ev) of pyrite is narrow, which is not suitable for the photoelectric conversion process. Pyrite is the most common, is a yellow cubic crystal, tasteless, crystal is one of the isoaxial system of sulfide minerals, the production of sulfuric acid used in the raw materials are mainly pyrite.
