Application




1. Curing agent;Nutritional fortifier;Taste agent (combined with magnesium sulfate, salt, calcium hydrogen phosphate, calcium sulfate, etc.);Matzah of sake, etc.;Dehydrating agent (for fish cake, dosage 0.05% ~ 0.1%);Tissue improver (used in conjunction with polyphosphates as an elastic enhancer for surimi products).Because of the strong bitter taste, the dosage is usually less than 0.1%;
